Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup

It's almost Fall Y'all! This is hands down my favorite time of year. The smells, the colors, the cooler weather and all of the cute clothes! It's also that time where everyone starts talking about Pumpkin flavored everything.

I love coffee, and I love tea. Hot or cold, it doesn't matter, I am a fan of it all. But some pumpkin spice latte recipes out there, lets be honest, just aren't all that great. So I have been doing some trial and error to get the best pumpkin flavor and I have finally hit that perfect combo.
